vulnerability is our most accurate measurement of courage.

- Brene Brown

It’s natural as you leave the military to have your guard up. We don’t want to support the narrative of veterans being ‘broken’ after service, but it’s okay to not always feel okay. Our goal at Power is to foster a welcoming and transparent environment where you feel comfortable being your real self, flaws and all.

Nick Rocha, an Army Veteran and member of our Military Affairs team, speaks on vulnerability and how it's helped not only his own progression but that of his team and family.

amplifying voices

At each of our events, we host “Universe” sections, where anyone in attendance, including our veterans, can speak to the crowd about anything they feel, no matter how taboo or personal it is. Hear our veterans and military spouses explain how the Power community has impacted them.

Make it stand out.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
