ALONE WE GO FAST. TOGETHER WE GO FAR.

Power is a 3,000+ strong community of kind, caring, and genuine individuals who want the best for each other. Building these bonds takes time, resources, and intentional investment. Here’s how we’ve approached tribe-building at Power.

genuine care

If your community doesn’t believe you genuinely care for them, you don’t have a community at all. As soon as you walk through our doors, you’re joining a community of people who have your back no matter what, whether that’s answering a midnight phone call or rallying around you during tough times.

 LOCAL EVENTS

Because our community spans from Arizona to Boston, building a strong network starts at a local level. Whether it’s as simple as hitting up the local watering hole or practicing a Wim Hof breathing exercise by a waterfall (thanks to those hippies down in Austin), each office has its own unique yet equally dynamic culture. Check out a few events from around the country below.

Military expeditions

While these events also help develop our veterans into business leaders, the main goal is to break down barriers and build a stronger sense of community. At each one, we bring veterans and their spouses together under one roof for a weekend of volunteering, laughing, sweating, and ultimately building connections - don’t take our word for it, see the impact of these retreats for yourself.

Inspiring Experiences

Whether it’s a leadership conference, a Diversity and Inclusion Summit or our annual , all-expense paid holiday party in Mexico, Power invests heavily in the happiness of its employees. Check out some highlights of our award-winning company events below.

Community Outreach

Whether it’s volunteering in the community, our public relations efforts or speaking at conferences like SXSW, our message remains the same:

“Veterans and Military Spouses are incredible business and community assets.”
